Assembly editor

This example demonstrates a text-based editor for combinatorial DNA assemblies using the library SBOL Visual CSS for SBOL symbols visualization. The in-text parts suggestion is powered by At.js

Usage

In the window below, type "?" to activate the suggestion of new parts (make sure there is a space before the "?"). The symbol in front of each part indicates its type (promoter, cds, etc.) and the check/cross could indicate for instance the availability of the part in your fridge. You can search parts by name, and select a part with Enter.

Use a semi-colon (;) to separate the different slots. To specify several parts for one slot (to define combinatrorial assemblies), separate them with a coma (,). Click on the "render" to transform your design in a full SBOL Visual CSS visualization. Note that you can copy the content of the text-box to export your design in a coma-separated format.
